Fees, course duration, certification, university links and other claims must match current official information.
3. Student records and privacy
Student details, documents and academic records should be collected only for legitimate services and handled securely.
4. Centre standards
The proposed centre should maintain suitable learning space, systems, internet/power arrangements and staff according to the approved operating requirements.
5. No automatic approval
Submitting the online application does not create a franchise right. Approval remains subject to review, documentation and the final agreement.
6. Changes and renewal
Authorisation scope, programs and renewal requirements may be updated through the official BFS process and agreement.
